NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Recognized for her tremendous accomplishments as
a marketing professional, Dana Kovach, President and CEO of Kovach Marketing, was
awarded the prestigious B.J. Stewart Women’s Achievement Award at the So Cal
Awards 2013. The award exemplifies
Dana’s dedication to the building industry and her expertise in a career spanning
more than two decades. The top honor was presented at the award’s ceremony held
on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Hilton Grove of Anaheim, sponsored by the Greater Sales
and Marketing Council of the BIA of Southern California.
“I am deeply touched by this award. I personally knew Barbara Stewart and had the opportunity to work with her on several projects,” said Kovach. “Barbara was a huge influence on our industry and it is with great honor that I humbly join the list of women receiving this award.”
Kovach’s many
accomplishments in her professional career extend beyond just work, she also has
a mission to end homelessness and provides support for charitable endeavors
such as HomeAid America and Families Forward.
Giving back to the community is a top priority for Kovach and she is
known for her unwavering donation of her time and energies.
“The building
industry is an integral part of my life, both personally and professionally,”
continued Kovach. “But it doesn’t feel like a job, because I enjoy every minute
spent working with my clients helping develop unique creative solutions to
bring new communities to market and designing new marketing campaigns. I am
truly doing what I love to do.”
