2013 completed their judging and TRI Pointe Homes was chosen as a finalist for
nine entries across a myriad of categories.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Saturday,
October 5 at The Grove of Anaheim, presented by the Greater Sales and Marketing
Council and the BIA of Southern California.
TRI Pointe Homes has been chosen as a finalist
for Altana, Best Logo Design and Best Brochure.
The community is in the master planned community of Civita in Mission
Valley. Arcadia at Stonegate in Irvine
is honored as a finalist for three awards including Best Graphic Continuity,
Best Brochure and Best Signage. Brio in
La Habra is a finalist for Best Brochure and also Community of the Year with a
sales price under $600,000. TRI Pointe Homes at Rancho Mission Viejo is a
finalist in a relatively new category for Best Indoor/OutdoorLiving for their Residence
3, as well as Community of the Year with a sales price of $600,000 to $1
Million.
