TRI POINTE HOMES SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DIVISION HONORED AS FINALIST FOR NINE SOCAL AWARDS ENTRIES


IRVINE, CA – Honoring the best in home building throughout Southern California, the So Cal Awards 2013 completed their judging and TRI Pointe Homes was chosen as a finalist for nine entries across a myriad of categories.  The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Saturday, October 5 at The Grove of Anaheim, presented by the Greater Sales and Marketing Council and the BIA of Southern California.
 
TRI Pointe Homes has been chosen as a finalist for Altana, Best Logo Design and Best Brochure.  The community is in the master planned community of Civita in Mission Valley.  Arcadia at Stonegate in Irvine is honored as a finalist for three awards including Best Graphic Continuity, Best Brochure and Best Signage.  Brio in La Habra is a finalist for Best Brochure and also Community of the Year with a sales price under $600,000. TRI Pointe Homes at Rancho Mission Viejo is a finalist in a relatively new category for Best Indoor/OutdoorLiving for their Residence 3, as well as Community of the Year with a sales price of $600,000 to $1 Million.

TRI POINTE HOMES WINS THREE MAME AWARDS IN ITS FIRST YEAR IN THE COLORADO MARKET

DENVER, CO – In its first year in the Colorado new-home market, TRI Pointe Homes has been recognized with three of the region’s prestigious MAME awards, which honor the homebuilding industry’s top achievers in marketing and merchandising excellence.

All three awards were earned by TRI Pointe Homes’ premier Colorado neighborhood, The Debut Collection at Terrain in Castle Rock, where homes featuring distinctive one- and two-story designs complement the rolling hills and rugged beauty of the land that surrounds them.

The MAME awards were presented to The Debut Collection for Best Sales Office and Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home, 2,201 to 2,600 square feet. In addition, TRI Pointe Homes’ Brad Kendall was named Best Community Superintendent of the Year.

In addition, the new community of Terrain in Castle Rock was awarded Master Planned Community of the Year.

TRI Pointe Homes was also recognized as a finalist in four MAME categories: Detached Home of the Year (Residence Four at The Debut Collection); Best Brochure; Best Architectural Design of a Detached Model, 2,201 to 2,600 square feet (Residence Three at The Debut Collection); and Sales Professional of the Year (The Debut Collection’s Cary Garner).

The awards were presented in the Grand Ballroom of The Denver Center for Performing Arts by the Sales & Marketing Council and the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.

As one of the first neighborhoods in the new master-planned community of Terrain, The Debut Collection reflects the guiding principles that inspired the community’s design: a thoughtful approach to the stewardship of the land, connectivity to trails and sidewalks that traverse the community, home designs that set the scene for indoor/outdoor living, complement the rich character of the land and nurture a real community spirit.
