Changing The Web Brand: Century Communities

We recently launched the newest of our brand-recalibrating websites, this time for Century Communities as part of an overall corporate branding campaign. Based on an all-encompassing brand strategy, including Century’s nation-wide divisions, the strategy called for a website overhaul, incorporating customer-centric messaging, logos, and the new tagline: You Dream. The new website is completely customer oriented, reimagined to place customer priorities in first position. The easy-to-navigate website includes new features that buyers search for, including a dedicated Move-In-Ready section that connects to specific regional opportunities. The site also offers a clear delineation of Century Communities’ Family of Brands, more compelling imagery, and soon, Promotional platforms, new home loan connections and a robust career section. We’re enormously proud of the new website and the way in which it reflects the full spectrum of Kovach Marketing’s capabilities.

Bella Vista Estates by Griffin Residential

The Inland Empire has rapidly become one of the fastest growing regions in Southern California. As competition increases in key areas, effective marketing is a crucial driver of sales success. Kovach Marketing took on this task for Griffin Residential, launching a grand opening campaign for Bella Vista Estates in Riverside. This collection of single-level and two-story luxury residences is set at the top of the western Riverside hills. The luxury homes and their views possess a breathtaking scope and are certain to appeal to home buyers in Riverside, Corona and Orange County.

Online outreach efforts began well ahead of grand opening, presenting the unifying theme of a European hillside village. Sightlines of a panoramic setting gave the theme its authenticity. Outreach efforts were successful in building a strong interest list. Relationship building emails continued, augmented by print and online advertising in the local newspapers and Riverside and Orange Counties. An early broker outreach program and public relations release further saturated awareness.

This past weekend’s grand opening was hugely successful, bringing a large crowd of qualified buyers from the Inland Empire and points west. Many in the enthusiastic crowd came ready to purchase, vying for the dominant homesites. Ongoing marketing will continue to spread the news of Griffin Residential’s Bella Vista Estates through public relations, online communication and print advertising.

Design Honored by BIA Bay Area Excellence in Home Building Awards

Kovach Marketing is very excited to announce that the brochure design for TRI Pointe Homes’ community of Redstone in Vacaville has been chosen as a finalist in the 2016 Excellence in Home Building Awards. The awards will be held Friday, April 8th in San Fransisco.

“The overall design with lifestyle photography, logo elements and a story work together to create a fun and exciting first impression of Redstone,” said Randy Carver, Vice President of Client Services. “The fact that there is a considerable amount of competition in the Bay Area makes this honor especially rewarding.”

Elements of the eye-catching logo design were incorporated throughout the brochure to attract an audience of energetic, young and sophisticated home shoppers. Creating a sense of excitement for these entry level single-family homes, the logo elements were filled with vibrant colors and enticing inset photography. The intent was to enhance the possibilities for an invigorating lifestyle with many choices for recreation around every corner, while showcasing the floor plan choices with clarity and range of options.

Double Launch for Shea Homes at Baker Ranch

Timing is critical when it comes to bringing new product to market. Kovach Marketing recently assisted Shea Homes with gaining maximum advantage of timing with the pre-spring launch of two new neighborhoods, Crestline and The Courts, at Baker Ranch in Lake Forest, California. The two new communities complement one another. Crestline offers detached homes and The Courts are motor court townhomes. This synergy enabled the marketing to combine their messages into a unifying theme.

The two communities were marketed together in emails, in print advertising and through public relations. This combination technique increased buyer interest in both neighborhoods, capitalizing on the overlapping market segments’ interests.

In addition to the combo campaign, the grand opening of Crestline and The Courts was scheduled to coincide with a large-scale, community wide event at Baker Ranch on February 20th. Touring the two locations became part of the fun of a day that drew thousands to participate in a festival-style event. One of the keys to the strategy for Crestline and The Courts was to capture the preseason enthusiasm of target homebuyers and combine it with an active, upbeat experience of the overall community.

Branding for Architerra Homes of Northern Idaho

Kovach Marketing was tasked with forging the Architerra Homes brand. Putting the customer at the core of all messaging, the Architerra Homes story is one that understands that home building is about relationships with an obligation to add value for the customer in everything they do.

The website design needed to be responsive, but still engage the customer with intelligent and user-friendly design. An earthy color palette speaks to the outdoor lifestyle of Northern Idaho. The feel and photography of the site compliment the new tagline: “Where Life Happens,” evoking a simple home life and the company of loved ones. Its focus goes beyond the home, highlighting features such as parks, hiking trails, elementary schools and more. The clean graphic representation allows the enduring quality, innovation and ethics promised by Architerra Homes to shine, and easy navigation helps visitors learn more about their homes and communities.

“The branding of Architerra Homes was an exciting project for Kovach Marketing,” said Brian Newquist, Vice President of Operations. “We had an opportunity to tell a great story with a new vein for the logo and website that redefined and encompassed the benefits to the customer.”

Heritage Crossings by Griffin Residential Opens January 9th

We really enjoyed designing the Heritage Crossings campaign, Griffin Residential’s newest new-home neighborhood in Wildomar which will be celebrating it’s opening January 9th.

Our aim was to create a simple and rustic, yet modern look, emphasizing the experience of rural comfort with all of the conveniences of modern living. With space to grow and room to wander, this community features ample opportunities for exploration including citrus groves, fishing ponds, pools & spas, sports areas and more. Our designs focus on the outdoors and community spirit of Heritage Crossings.

This neighborhood comprises of single-family detached homes of one and two stories with up to 5 bedrooms and up to 2,907 square feet. Pricing is anticipated to start from the mid $300s.
