We really enjoyed designing the Heritage Crossings campaign, Griffin Residential’s newest new-home neighborhood in Wildomar which will be celebrating it’s opening January 9th. Our aim was to create a simple and rustic, yet modern look, emphasizing the experience of rural comfort with all of the conveniences of modern living. With space to grow and room to wander, this community features ample opportunities for exploration including citrus groves, fishing ponds, pools & spas, sports areas and more. Our designs focus on the outdoors and community spirit of Heritage Crossings. This neighborhood comprises of single-family detached homes of one and two stories with up to 5 bedrooms and up to 2,907 square feet. Pricing is anticipated to start from the mid $300s.
