Kovach Marketing’s work on Liberty Square for McCaffrey Homes has been awarded the NAHB 2016 Nationals Silver Awards for Best Logo Design and Best Brochure for a Community and is in the running for the 2016 Gold Awards. “Our designs for this community built on a contemporary, bold and elegant color palette using patterns and textures to create a vibe that would resonate with the target audience: young couples, first-timers and small families,” said Randy Carver. “We wanted to tell a graphically engaging, upbeat story of this community that maximized the messages of the life-enhancing value and style to be experienced at Liberty Square. The logo was inspired by the New York Soho district’s chic atmosphere and renowned architecture to evoke a sense of contemporary living.”
